Aaron has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years since graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2005. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2010, his professional career has taken on various roles involving semi-professional and club level athletes, junior and school sports, hospital, aged care, chronic disease and disability clients.
Sport and fitness have played an important role throughout his life with major involvement in junior swimming, athletics, first grade rugby league, touch football, cricket and rugby union. As a competitive triathlete for the last 10 years, Aaron has competed in many local and national events with several age-group podium finishes. Recent highlights include representing Australia at the Age-Group World Championships at home on the Gold Coast 2018, London 2013 and 2016 Ironman 70.3 Age-Group World Championships.
Aaron is an experienced health professional providing exercise physiology services and strength coaching for competitive athletes, weekend warriors and those looking to improve health and well-being. He has a keen interest in strength training for endurance athletes and was involved in the development of the 'Strength for Endurance Network' which aims to connect coaches, trainers and athletes worldwide to promote the importance of strength training to the endurance community and raise the standard of coaching for all professionals.
By bringing together his knowledge of exercise science and strength and conditioning Aaron is able to provide professional, personalised exercise programming and coaching for people of all ages, fitness levels and health goals.
